Overland Park landscaping, patios and drainage

Bluestem redid our whole backyard: a new paver patio, a small retaining wall along the slope and native plantings where the grass never grew. Megan sketched it out with us at the kitchen table and the finished yard looks just like the drawing.

Our backyard turned into a pond every time it rained. They regraded, added a dry creek bed and a drain out to the street, and it has stayed dry through two big storms since.

They replaced the overgrown shrubs across the front of our house with a mix of grasses and coneflowers. Looks great and needs way less water. Crew was careful around our sprinkler heads.

Had a sprinkler zone that wasn't coming on. The tech found a cut wire from an old fence install, fixed it and adjusted the heads so they stop soaking the driveway.

Spring mulch and bed edging again this year. They always clean up the sidewalk before they leave and the beds look sharp all season.

Fall cleanup and aeration done in one morning. Every leaf gone from the beds and they bagged everything.
