We have had weekly service for about a year. Same tech every week, the gate is always closed behind him and the tile line actually stays clean through the summer. After the monsoon storm dumped dirt and palo verde leaves in the pool, they came a day early to clean it out.

Our pump started making a grinding noise and then stopped altogether. They diagnosed a seized motor bearing, showed me the old part and had a replacement motor in two days. The tech also pointed out a cracked basket lid I had not noticed. Pool is running quiet now.
