“Bluebird Ridge replaced the whole roof on our 1970s ranch in Fountain City. They tore off two old layers, swapped out the soft decking over the back bedroom and had new shingles on before the afternoon storms rolled in. Nathan walked us through every photo of the rotten boards before they replaced them. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they got here.”
“Hail beat up our roof in May. They came out, went up with me, showed me the bruised shingles and the dented vents, and wrote it all down so I could send it to my adjuster. The replacement took two days and the crew ran a magnet over the whole driveway at the end.”
“They put a standing seam metal roof on our barn and new shingles on the house in the same visit. Everything was explained in plain English, no pressure at all. The crew lead checked in with us every morning before they started.”
“We had a leak around the chimney that two other roofers had already caulked. Bluebird pulled the old flashing, installed new step and counter flashing and resealed it properly. We've had three heavy rains since and the ceiling stain hasn't grown at all.”
“Small job but they treated it like a big one. A few shingles blew off our garage roof in a windstorm and they had them matched and replaced within the week. Quick, polite, and they texted before showing up.”
“Called about a drip in the upstairs hallway on a Friday. Someone came out Saturday morning, found a cracked pipe boot and replaced it on the spot. They were upfront about what didn't need fixing too.”
