After the hailstorm, Jordan climbed up, took photos of every bruised shingle and walked me through them on his tablet. He met the adjuster on site and the crew had the new roof on in a single day. They ran a magnet sweep of the yard afterward, not one nail left.

We had a leak around the chimney that two other companies said needed a full replacement. Ridgecap reflashed the chimney and replaced a few shingles instead. Dry ever since.

The skylight in our kitchen had been leaking for two winters. They replaced it along with the flashing, and the kitchen is brighter than before.

Booked a roof inspection before listing our house. Got a clear report with photos that we handed straight to buyers. Very professional.

Fast response when a limb came down on our porch roof during a storm. They tarped it that evening and came back to repair the decking and shingles the next week.

Gutters and downspouts replaced along with fascia boards that had rotted. Clean lines and they matched the trim color.
