CraftLaunch is operated by Seken Nokturbai, sole proprietor, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. CraftLaunch builds and hosts websites for home-service businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use our client account at craftlaunch-site.vercel.app/account and how we use it.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name and email address. We do not get your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
• What you type in: your business name, contact email, phone number and the change requests you send us.
• Billing: your plan, payment status and dates. Payments are processed by Payoneer (payoneer.com), our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To build, host and update your website.
• To show you your plan, payments and the status of your requests.
• To contact you about your website and your account.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Google (sign-in) and Payoneer (payments). They handle data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

While you are a client, and after that only as long as needed for billing and legal records.

Your choices

You can update your contact details in your account. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email nokturbay@gmail.com with your client number.
