1. Who we are

CraftLaunch is operated by Seken Nokturbai, a sole proprietor based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan ("CraftLaunch", "we", "us"). Contact: nokturbay@gmail.com. These terms apply to everyone who orders or uses a CraftLaunch website subscription ("you").

2. What you get

CraftLaunch is a website subscription for home-service businesses. Your subscription includes:

• A website for your business, built by us on the CraftLaunch platform from the information you give us.
• Hosting, an SSL certificate (HTTPS) and connection of your domain.
• Changes to your website on request through your client account, usually within 2–3 business days.
• A client account at craftlaunch-site.vercel.app/account where you see your website, plan, payment dates and requests.

Plans and prices are shown on our website and in your client account. Current prices: a one-time $69 fee to build and launch your website, then from $35 per month depending on the plan.

3. Payments

We bill through Payoneer, our payment provider. After our call we send you a payment request for the $69 build and launch fee plus your first month. After that we send a payment request for the monthly fee on the same day each month; it also appears as "Pay now" in your client account. You can pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH). Each request is due within 7 days. We never ask for card details by email or phone.

4. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; your website stays online until then and we send no further payment requests. See our Refund Policy.

If a payment is not received within 14 days of the request, we may pause your website until it is paid.

5. Your content and your domain

You are responsible for the information, photos and logos you give us and confirm that you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your business content and your domain name. If you cancel, we will on request point your domain away from our hosting and send you your text and images.

The CraftLaunch platform, templates and code remain ours; your website runs on our platform while your subscription is active.

6. What we don't promise

We build and host a website that presents your business well. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, a number of visitors, calls or leads. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use your CraftLaunch website for illegal content, false or misleading claims, or content that infringes other people's rights. We may refuse or remove such content and may end the subscription if it continues.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

9. Changes to these terms or prices

We may update these terms or our prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
