Websites for HVAC contractors that make the phone ring

The furnace quits on a January night, or the AC stops blowing cold the first hot week of July. The homeowner picks up a phone and calls whoever comes up nearby and looks like a real shop. We build the site that gets that call.

We design and write your HVAC website, with a call button on every screen and the towns you cover. $69 to launch, then $35 a month. No contract.

Who is calling

The four HVAC calls your website has to handle

A no-heat call at 10 p.m. and a homeowner pricing a new system want different things from the same site. Both should find their answer in a few seconds.

No heat or no AC, right now

They are on a phone, often standing next to the unit. They want your number, whether you answer after hours, and nothing in the way.

Something is off, but it still runs

A blower that rattles, a heat pump that never shuts off. Before calling they check that you work on their kind of system and what a service call costs.

Replacing the whole system

A big check. Many people get more than one quote, read reviews closely and ask about financing.

Tune-ups and maintenance plans

Spring AC checks and fall furnace tune-ups are booked on a calendar, not in a panic. When something does break, they already have your number.

Speed counts too. Someone sweating in a hot living room won't wait on a slow page, so we compress photos and build for phones first.

Free checklist

What to put on your HVAC website (checklist)

Use it whether you build with us, hire someone else or do it yourself. Each item is something homeowners look for before they call, or ask once they do.

  • Your phone number in the header, tappable. Use the same number as your Google Business Profile and your trucks. Two numbers make people wonder which is real.
  • Your hours, and what happens after them. Say if you take no-heat and no-cool calls at night and on weekends, and if that costs more. If not, show your hours so nobody waits on a midnight callback.
  • Your contractor license number. Put it in the footer at least. Some states expect it on advertising, websites included, so check your state’s licensing rules.
  • Insurance and tech certifications. Say you are insured. Anyone who handles refrigerant needs EPA 608 certification, so say your techs have it, and list NATE if they hold it. Homeowners letting a stranger work on their gas furnace look for this.
  • Each service on its own line. Furnace repair, AC repair, heat pumps, mini splits, boilers, thermostats, indoor air quality. List only what you do. Each one is its own search.
  • Brands you service and install. People search “Carrier repair” or ask if you work on their Goodman. Claim dealer status for a brand only if you actually hold it.
  • The towns and zip codes you cover. In plain text, not only a map image. People scan the list for their town. Mention any trip charge for outlying areas.
  • What a service call costs. Show your diagnostic fee if it is flat, or at least say whether replacement estimates are free. You answer this on the phone all day anyway.
  • A maintenance plan page, if you sell one. Price, visits per year, what gets checked, and perks like priority scheduling. It brings people back every spring and fall.
  • Financing, if you offer it. Name the lender and link the application. Leave out rates and terms unless your lender gave you approved wording.
  • Rebates, handled carefully. Utility and government rebates on heat pumps change often. Link to the program page instead of quoting dollar amounts that go stale.
  • Real photos and a link to your reviews. Your trucks, your crew, a clean install in a real basement. Link your Google reviews so people can read all of them.

Rather hand it off? We go through these on the onboarding call and put what applies on your site. We only publish what you give us.

FAQ

HVAC website questions, answered

Still unsure? Email us at getcraftlaunch@gmail.com.

How much does an HVAC website from CraftLaunch cost?

$69 once to design, write and launch your site, then $35/month for hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, SEO upkeep and edits by our team. It is month-to-month with no contract: cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

Can my site handle emergency and after-hours calls?

Yes. Every page has a tap-to-call button, so someone with no heat or a dead AC reaches you in one tap. If you take calls at night or on weekends, that goes in your headline and next to the call button. If you don’t, we show your real hours. We only publish what you actually offer.

Can you show my license number, insurance and equipment brands?

Yes. Give us your contractor license number, proof of insurance details and any manufacturer or trade credentials on the onboarding call, and we place them where homeowners look before they call. We only publish what you provide; we never invent credentials.

Can I switch seasonal offers, like a fall furnace tune-up special?

Yes. Promotions are part of the edits included in your plan. Send us a message when you want to swap the spring AC check for a fall furnace special, or add a maintenance plan, and it is usually live in 2–3 business days.

Will my HVAC website rank first on Google?

No one can honestly guarantee a first-page ranking. We use only search-engine-approved techniques: your city and services in every page title, your service area and map on the site, your business details marked up for Google and the site linked to your Google Business Profile. Results depend on your market and how established your business is.

Do I have to write the text or take photos?

No. Our rep collects your services, service area and goals on one call, and we write the text from your services and your real Google reviews. Your own photos of installs, trucks and crew make the site stronger, and you can send more any time.
