Junk removal & hauling

Junk removal website design that gets the truck booked

A lot of junk removal calls start with someone standing in a packed garage, phone in hand. They look at two or three sites and call the one that looks like a real crew with a real truck and gives some idea of the price. We build that site.

We design and write your junk removal business website: a call button on every screen, a quote form customers can send photos with, the items you haul and the towns you cover. $69 to launch, then $35 a month. No contract.

Who is calling

Four kinds of junk removal jobs your website has to win

Someone getting rid of one recliner and a property manager with three units to clear by Monday want different things from the same site. Both should find their answer in a few seconds.

One thing that has to go

A sleeper sofa, a dead fridge, a hot tub nobody uses. They search the item by name and want to know you take it, roughly what it costs and how soon.

A move-out with a deadline

A closing date or a lease that ends Friday. Can you come tomorrow? If your site doesn't say, they call the next company.

A whole garage, basement or house

Estate cleanouts and twenty years of garage. They want someone who walks through first and sets aside what stays.

Repeat accounts

Property managers turning units, realtors before a listing, contractors with remodel debris. They want a crew that shows up on time and sends a clean invoice.

The work also follows the calendar: spring cleanouts, summer moves, the end of every month, storm debris. Your site should change with it, say a garage cleanout special in April. Those edits are included in your plan.

Free checklist

What to put on your junk removal website (checklist)

Use it whether you build with us, hire someone else or do it yourself. Each item answers something customers wonder about before they call, or ask once they do.

  • Your phone number in the header, and a way to text you. Plenty of people would rather text a photo than describe the pile. Use the same number as your Google profile and your truck.
  • A quote form, plus a way to send photos. What kind of junk, how much, the address and a date. A picture answers most of what you'd ask on a site visit.
  • How you price. By the truckload, a minimum for one item, price confirmed on site before loading. It's the first question on every call.
  • Every item you haul, listed by name. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, hot tubs, sheds, debris. People search “hot tub removal,” not “junk.”
  • What you won’t take. Paint, chemicals, propane tanks and tires often have their own landfill rules. Listing them saves a wasted trip.
  • Same-day and next-day pickup, if you do it. Say it near the call button. If you book a few days out, say that too.
  • Your hours and the towns you cover. Towns and zip codes in plain text, not only on a map. Mention any charge for long drives.
  • Business license, hauling permit and insurance. Some cities and counties require a permit or registration to haul waste. Check your state’s and city’s rules, then show what you hold. Property managers often ask for a certificate of insurance.
  • Where the stuff ends up. Say what you donate, recycle or dump. Families clearing a parent’s house care. Name a donation partner only if you use one.
  • Before-and-after photos from your own jobs. An empty garage with a swept floor sells better than any paragraph. Phone photos are fine.
  • A section for property managers, realtors and contractors. Unit turnovers and remodel debris bring repeat work. Say whether you set up accounts or invoice monthly.
  • A link to your Google reviews. Let people read all of them. Reviews about careful crews and a price that matched the quote carry weight.

Rather hand it off? We go through these on the onboarding call and put what applies on your site. We only publish what you give us.

Sample design

A junk removal website design you can click through

This is a sample site we built to show the style and structure of a junk removal website from CraftLaunch. Redbud Clear-Out Co. is a made-up Nashville company: the name, phone number, rating and reviews on it are all fictional. Your site is written from your real services, service area and Google reviews.

Sample junk removal website design for Redbud Clear-Out, a fictional Nashville, TN junk hauling company: thin navy top bar with a quote button, a split hero with the headline “Friendly Junk Removal for Nashville Homes & Businesses” beside a crew-and-truck photo, a trust strip, six service cards and a quote request form.
Sample design · Nashville, TN

Redbud Clear-Out

Navy and orange, built around a photo of a crew and a truck. A thin top bar keeps the quote button in reach and the headline names the city. Six service cards cover furniture, appliances, garage and estate cleanouts, construction debris, yard waste, and hot tub and shed removal.

The quote form asks what kind of junk, how much (one item up to a full truck), the pickup address and a date, then opens the customer's email so they can attach photos. Below: five numbered steps, review cards, service area with hours and a map, and a call bar that stays on screen on phones.

FAQ

Junk removal website questions, answered

Still unsure? Email us at getcraftlaunch@gmail.com.

How much does a junk removal website from CraftLaunch cost?

$69 once to design, write and launch your site, then $35/month for hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, SEO upkeep and edits by our team. It is month-to-month with no contract: cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

Can customers send photos of their junk for a quote?

Yes. The quote form asks what kind of junk it is, roughly how much there is, the pickup address and a preferred date. When the customer sends it, their email app opens with those details filled in, so they can attach photos before it goes to you. If you would rather get pictures by text, we put your text number right next to the form.

Should I put prices on my junk removal website?

That is your call, and we only publish what you give us. Most customers just want to know how you charge: by truckload, a minimum for one item, and a price confirmed on site before loading.

Can you list the items we don't take?

Yes, and we recommend it. Paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires and some electronics are often handled differently by local landfills and transfer stations, so tell us your list on the onboarding call. A clear list saves you trips to jobs you cannot finish.

Can you show my business license, hauling permit and insurance?

Yes. Give us your license or permit numbers and insurance details on the onboarding call and we place them where customers and property managers look. Requirements vary by state and city, so check your local rules. We never invent credentials.

Will my junk removal website rank first on Google?

No one can honestly guarantee a first-page ranking. We use only search-engine-approved techniques: your city and services in every page title, your service area on the site, your business details marked up for Google and the site linked to your Google Business Profile. Results depend on your market and how established your business is.

Do I have to write the text or take photos?

No. Our rep collects your services, service area and pricing approach on one call, and we write the text from that and your real Google reviews. Before-and-after shots from your own jobs make the site much stronger, and you can send more any time.
