Pool cleaning & pool service

Pool service website design for pool cleaning companies

Most pool companies run on weekly accounts. Someone buys a house with a pool and no idea how to run it, or comes home to green water, and searches for pool cleaning nearby. They look for a company that covers their neighborhood and says plainly what weekly service includes.

We design and write your pool service website, with a call button on every screen, your weekly service spelled out and the towns on your routes. $69 to launch, then $35 a month. No contract.

Who is searching

Four kinds of pool customers your website has to answer

A panicked green-water call and a homeowner comparing monthly rates want different things from the same page. Both should find their answer fast.

The pool turned green

Back from a trip, a pump that quit, a party on Saturday. They want to know you do one-time cleanups, how soon you can come and your number.

New to owning a pool

They just bought the house and the equipment pad is a mystery. They want weekly service from someone who will explain the salt cell and the timer.

Fed up with their current company

The last tech skipped weeks or left the gate open. They compare what weekly service includes, whether chemicals are extra, and the reviews.

Equipment trouble

A pump that grinds, a heater that won’t fire, a filter that needs cleaning every week. They check that you repair their kind of equipment before they call.

The season matters too. In Arizona, Texas or Florida routes run all year and summer is when pools go green. In colder states calls come in a rush for spring openings and fall closings. Say what to book and when, and end every one-time job with an offer of weekly service.

Free checklist

What to put on your pool service website (checklist)

Use it whether you build with us, hire someone else or do it yourself. Each item answers a question homeowners have before they hire a pool company.

  • Your phone number in the header, tappable. Use the same number as your Google Business Profile and your truck.
  • What a weekly visit includes. Skim, brush, vacuum, empty the baskets, test and balance the water, check filter pressure. Spell it out, because “pool service” means different things to different companies.
  • Whether chemicals are included. People comparing you with their current company want to know this. Say if your monthly rate covers chemicals or if they are billed by use.
  • How you price weekly service. A starting monthly price, pricing by pool size, or “we quote after a look.” Any of these beats silence.
  • The towns, neighborhoods or ZIPs on your routes. In plain text, not only a map image. If a route is full, say so and offer a waitlist instead of turning people away on the phone.
  • Green pool cleanups as their own service. Say you do them, that they are priced separately from weekly service, and that bad cases can take more than one visit.
  • Seasonal work and when to book it. Up north that means openings and closings, with the dates you start booking. In warm states it can mean storm cleanups (monsoon season in Arizona) and summer algae.
  • Before-and-after photos from your own jobs. Green to clear, scaled tile line to clean blue. Your own pools, never stock photos, and nothing that shows a customer’s house number.
  • Equipment you repair, by type and brand. Pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation. Homeowners often search by the brand name on their equipment. Claim dealer or authorized status only if you hold it.
  • Your license number and insurance. Cleaning, equipment repair and heater or electrical work can fall under different licenses, and the rules differ by state. Check your state’s rules and show the number where it applies.
  • How your techs handle gates, dogs and photos. Customers hand you a gate code. Say that gates get closed and latched, how you work around pets, and whether you text a photo after each visit.
  • A quote form that asks the right questions. Address or ZIP, chlorine or salt, rough size, weekly or one-time. Enough to check your route before you call back.

Rather hand it off? We go through these on the onboarding call and put what applies on your site. We only publish what you give us.

One conversation and a final OK. You can do the call from the truck between stops.

    We build your site

We design and write your site around your real services and the areas you cover.

  3. 3

    Review and approve

Check it on phone and desktop, ask for tweaks. Nothing goes live until you approve.

Sample design

A sample pool service website design

This is a sample site we built to show the style and structure of a pool service website from CraftLaunch. Copperwash Pool Care is a made-up business: the name, phone number, rating and reviews on it are fictional. Your site is written from your real services, route area and Google reviews.

Sample pool service website design for Copperwash Pool Care, a fictional pool cleaning company in Scottsdale, Arizona: blue header with a call button, the headline “Clear & Safe Pool Care for Scottsdale Backyards” next to a quote request form, six pool service blocks, a before-and-after slider from green to clear water and a reviews section.
Sample design · Scottsdale, AZ · fictional business

Copperwash Pool Care

A bright pool-blue design with tall, condensed headlines, built for a residential weekly-service company. The headline names the city and the job, the phone number sits in the header, and a short quote form beside it asks for neighborhood or ZIP and what the pool needs.

Under the header come three short review highlights and an about section. Six services each get one plain sentence: weekly pool service, green pool recovery, filter cleaning and repair, pump and motor repair, tile and calcium cleaning, and storm and monsoon cleanup. A drag slider shows a pool going from green to clear, followed by the reviews, the service area and the hours.

How much does a pool service website from CraftLaunch cost?

$69 once to design, write and launch your site, then $35/month for hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, SEO upkeep and edits by our team. It is month-to-month with no contract: cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

Can the site show what my weekly service includes and what it costs?

Yes. We list what happens on each visit (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets, water testing and balancing) and whether chemicals are included or billed separately. If you want a starting monthly price on the site, we show it. If you price every pool after a look, we say that instead.

I work in a seasonal market. Can the site change for openings and closings?

Yes. Seasonal changes are part of the edits included in your plan. Send us a message when you want to swap the spring opening sign-up for fall closing dates, or add a winter check-in visit, and it is usually live in 2–3 business days.

Can homeowners ask for a quote online, for a green pool or weekly service?

Yes. Every page has a tap-to-call button, and the contact form can ask for the address or ZIP, the kind of pool (chlorine or salt) and what they need, so you can price the job or check your route before you call back.

Can you show my license number and insurance?

Yes. Give us your license number, insurance details and any trade certifications on the onboarding call, and we place them where homeowners look before they call. Licensing for pool work differs by state, so check your state’s rules. We only publish what you provide and never invent credentials.

Will my pool service website rank first on Google?

No one can honestly guarantee a first-page ranking. We use only search-engine-approved techniques: your city and services in every page title, the towns you cover on the site, your business details marked up for Google and the site linked to your Google Business Profile. Results depend on your market and how established your business is.

Do I have to write the text or take photos?

No. Our rep collects your services, route area and hours on one call, and we write the text from your services and your real Google reviews. Your own before-and-after photos of pools you cleared up help a lot.

Turn one green-pool call into a weekly account.
