Plumber website design that turns searches into service calls

Nobody shops for a plumber on a quiet afternoon. The water heater quits at 6 a.m., or the floor drain backs up during the kids' baths, and someone searches "plumber" plus their town on a phone. They open two or three sites, look for a number, a license and a few reviews, and call whoever makes that easy.

We build that kind of site for US plumbers and plumbing companies. Your number is one tap away on every page, your towns are listed by name, and your license and Google reviews are easy to find. We design it, write it and keep it running for $69 to launch, then $35 a month. No contract.

  • Live in 1–3 business days
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • Hosting, security & edits included
What it must have

What a plumbing company website needs to do its job

People land on a plumber's site in a hurry. Here is what we put on every one we build.

A call button on every page

Plumbing work comes in by phone. Every page has a tap-to-call button, so nobody has to hunt for your number with water on the floor.

Your service area, town by town

We list the cities and suburbs you cover, add a map, and put your main city in every page title. Google and the caller both look for that.

One clear line per service

Water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, leak repair, re-pipes, sump pumps. Each gets a short description in the words a homeowner would use.

Words from your real Google reviews

We read what your customers already wrote on Google and build the copy around it: showed up on time, explained the price, cleaned up after. We never make up quotes.

Seasonal offers

Frozen pipes in January, sump pumps before spring rain, water heater flushes in the fall. Swapping the offer is a normal edit.

A simple way to ask about a job

A slow kitchen drain or a bathroom remodel can wait for a reply. The contact form takes those requests, and if you offer financing on bigger jobs, we say so next to it.

Pages stay light and are built for phones first, because a lot of these searches happen in a basement with one bar of signal.

Free checklist

What to put on your plumbing website (checklist)

Use it whoever builds your site. Open your current one on your phone and go down the list.

  • Your phone number as a tap-to-call link at the top of every page
Plumbing jobs get booked by phone, and the person looking is usually on one already.
  • Your license number, plus a line saying you're insured
Some states and cities require it on ads and websites. Check your state's licensing rules and use the exact name on the license.
  • Your real hours, and what happens after hours
If nights and weekends cost more, say so. A surprise after-hours charge is how a good job turns into a one-star review.
  • The towns or ZIP codes you cover, and where you stop
People search by town name. Saying where you don't go saves you from calls an hour's drive away.
  • A short section for each job you want more of
Water heaters, drains, sewer lines, re-pipes, sump pumps, gas lines if you're licensed. People search for the job by name.
  • Residential, commercial or both, and what you don't touch
Well pumps, septic, boilers, fire sprinklers: a plain yes or no stops the wrong calls.
  • How you charge
Trip fee, diagnostic fee, flat-rate pricing, free estimates on replacements. Callers ask about this first, so answer it on the page.
  • The water heater and fixture brands you install
Some homeowners search the name printed on their unit. If you stock parts for a brand, say so.
  • Financing, if you really offer it
A re-pipe or sewer line replacement is a big bill. One line about payment options keeps that caller from hanging up to think it over.
  • Your warranty on labor, if you have one
Say how long and what it covers. "Satisfaction guaranteed" tells a careful buyer nothing.
  • Photos of your own truck, crew and work
Stock photos look like every other plumber's site. A phone photo of your van in a real driveway beats them.
  • The same business name, address and phone as your Google Business Profile
Matching details help Google tie your site to your listing.

Licensing and advertising rules differ by state and sometimes by city. Check with your state's licensing board before you publish.

FAQ

Questions plumbers ask us

Can my plumbing website show an emergency or 24/7 number?

Yes. Every page has a tap-to-call button. If you really answer after hours, the site says so. If you don't, we list your real hours. Promising 24/7 and sending people to voicemail loses more customers than it wins.

Can you list all the towns and neighborhoods we serve?

Yes. We add a map and your service area, and your cities go into the page titles. Started covering a new town? Send us a message and we add it.

Will my plumbing license and insurance be on the site?

Yes. Give us your license number and insurance details on the onboarding call and we place them where homeowners look. Advertising rules differ by state and city, so tell us what yours requires.

How much does a plumber website cost with CraftLaunch?

$69 once to design, write and launch your website, then $35/month for hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, SEO upkeep and edits. No contract: cancel any time, effective at the end of your paid month. Nothing is charged online; after a quick call we send a secure payment link through Payoneer.

Can I run seasonal specials, like water heater flushes or frozen-pipe repairs?

Yes. Promotions are one of the edits included in your plan. Send us the offer and dates; it is usually live within 2–3 business days.

Will my site rank first on Google for “plumber near me”?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and we don't. We stick to methods Google approves of: your city and services in every page title, business details marked up for Google, fast pages and a link to your Google Business Profile. Where you show up depends on how many plumbers compete in your area and how established your business is.

Can I keep the domain I already have?

Yes. If you own a domain through GoDaddy, Namecheap or another registrar, we connect your new site to it. If you ever cancel, hosting disconnects, but your domain and the photos and text you provided stay yours.
